Return Terms
Defective product:
Products are always shipped in excellent condition. However, in case of receiving a defective product, we shall replace it with another identical or equivalent one, at our expense.

Change of mind:
If you change your mind, we will refund the money. Any return can be made within 10 days of purchase(date of receiving), provided that the product is in excellent condition in its original packaging and has the label with the barcode number. All pens must be uninked. The cost of return shall be borne by the sender. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Way of Return
For detective products via DHL or Post Office. In case of a change of mind, you can send the product with any carriage you prefer.
