MVP Onion Skin is an extremely thin, translucent paper named for its resemblance to the delicate skin of an onion. Its updated formulation achieves a highly smooth surface through Dry Hole drying rather than natural drying.
Its smooth surface allows water-based inks and fountain pen inks to be used without bleeding. It is also compatible with oil-based and alcohol inks. Inkjet printing is possible when all four edges are attached to a backing sheet. Printers with rear paper feeding and front paper output are recommended.
Due to the nature of the paper, occasional localized creases may occur. When using alcohol inks, slight show-through may occur; placing a protective sheet underneath is recommended.
