The uni Mitsubishi Kuru Toga M5-450 is an intelligently designed mechanical pencil featuring the innovative Kuru Toga Engine. Its unique gear mechanism automatically rotates the lead as you write, allowing it to wear evenly and remain consistently fine and sharp.

With each writing stroke, the mechanism uses the pressure applied to the paper to rotate the lead by approximately 9° per stroke. After approximately 40 strokes, the lead completes one full rotation. This ensures that the graphite wears evenly around its entire surface, maintaining the distinctive conical tip and providing a consistent, fine writing line.

The 0.5 mm lead is ideal for clean and precise writing, while the uniform wear helps reduce graphite dust. The pencil features a knock mechanism, a replaceable eraser under the top button and a practical clip for convenient carrying.

The barrel is made from PC resin with transfer printing, combining a lightweight construction with comfortable everyday use. It is ideal for school, university, note-taking, journaling, everyday writing and technical drawing.
